Additional Information on the Oconomowoc Program

The exercise class at the Pabst Farms YMCA is a fun-loving group of individuals dedicated to fighting Parkinson Disease with exercise. Classes consist of 30  minutes of treadmill walking or bicycling, and 30 minutes of exercises designed for stretching and strengthening. In addition to physical exercises, our class incorporates verbal and cognitive exercises. Our speech language pathologist leads the class in voice exercises that encourage loud, clear speech. 

There is never a dull moment during the exercise class at Pabst Farms!
